“We are so pleased we chose Bounty Moments for our wedding in Punta Cana. This company did everything possible to make sure we had the special day we dreamed of.
Before we left the UK for our wedding with family and friends, Kiryll was incredibly helpful. He assisted us with all the legal requirements and made the whole process very easy. He took all the stress away from us, making everything run smoothly. He guided us through every step, even while we were still in the UK.
When our wedding day arrived, we were not disappointed. The beach venue was absolutely beautiful, and everyone involved made sure the day went exactly as planned. Our dreams truly came true, and we cannot thank the team enough. We were delighted with how everything turned out, including the photos — they are amazing! We would recommend Bounty Moments to anyone who wants their wedding day to be perfect.
We keep reliving the day and are still amazed at how it turned out exactly how we wanted. It was truly magical, and we can thank the Bounty Moments team for that.
Thank you all so much — we will have memories that will last a lifetime.”

“Unsurprisingly, we were hesitant at first about booking our wedding abroad online, but we’re very happy we chose Bounty Moments.
Regular contact with Kiryll made the process very relaxing; he answered all our questions, including those about documents. Apart from sorting the documents in the UK, Bounty Moments did everything else — we just had to show up. They delivered on personal touches, and meeting Maks, our photographer, a few days before was a great chance to confirm plans and ask questions. Transport was included, and we got ready at a studio outside our hotel with everything organised for us.
Bounty Beach was exactly as described — quiet and beautiful. Every effort was made to make our day truly special, and we received a fantastic collection of photos. Kate, our interpreter, was lovely. Our wedding video is excellent and captures the occasion perfectly. Excellent communication continued after the wedding; certificate translation was sorted for us, and we had the certificates returned promptly.
Bounty Moments made the whole experience easy and stress-free. They were reassuring throughout and offered outstanding service at a very reasonable price. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone planning to get married in the Dominican Republic.”

The Dominican Republic is the perfect destination for legal weddings — offering some of the most beautiful Caribbean beaches and a marriage certificate recognized worldwide.
Every couple dreams of a wedding that’s both beautiful and stress-free. After organizing over 100 official weddings in the Dominican Republic, we’ve refined a process that’s clear and efficient. Here’s what each step looks like, from preparing your documents to receiving your marriage certificate.
For a legal wedding in the Dominican Republic, both partners need to prepare a few essential documents:
Each couple’s situation is unique, and additional documents may be required depending on factors such as your country of birth or residence, or any previous name change. Please contact us to learn exactly which documents apply to your case.
To be valid in the Dominican Republic, your documents must be apostilled — a certification that confirms the authenticity of the signature and stamp of the official who issued the original document, making it acceptable for international use.
Once your documents are ready, please send us scanned copies at least two months before your wedding date.
We usually need around two months to prepare everything properly. However, if you have less time, contact us — depending on your case, it may still be possible to organize your Dominican Republic civil wedding.
Once we receive the scanned copies of your documents, we begin the process of legalization and translation into Spanish.
After everything is completed, we submit the full set of documents to a government civil judge — the official authorized to register legal marriages in the Dominican Republic.
The judge reviews and verifies your paperwork, and once approved, we pay the government fee and reserve the date and time for your ceremony.
The earlier your documents are submitted, the more scheduling options the judge will have available.
Although a Dominican Republic legal wedding involves important paperwork, your day is first and foremost a celebration — not just a formality. Before your trip, we’ll go over every detail together: from choosing your wedding decorations to reviewing the flow of the day. By the time you land in the Dominican Republic, every detail will already be clear and taken care of.
Unlike some other countries, there is no legal residency requirement in the Dominican Republic. You can arrive even the day before your wedding — all legal preparation is done in advance.
On the day of your wedding, everything will be fully prepared for you.
Our private transfer will pick you up from your hotel and bring you to the ceremony location. Our team will meet you at the beach, where your wedding setup, photographer, and the official civil judge will already be waiting.
For a civil wedding in the Dominican Republic, you’ll need two witnesses. If you’re inviting guests, two of them can take on this role. And if it’s just the two of you, members of our team will be happy to serve as your witnesses at no additional cost.
The ceremony follows an intimate and meaningful flow. The judge delivers the official speech, you exchange your vows and say “I do,” and then both of you sign the marriage book — the moment your marriage becomes official.
From there, you can enjoy your photoshoot, take a walk along the beach, celebrate with a toast, or simply take in the moment together.
This is your day, and we make sure it feels both official and unforgettable.
Whether you’re planning a legal wedding in Punta Cana or another part of the Dominican Republic, we take care of every detail so you can simply enjoy your day and focus on each other.
We only organize weddings outside of hotels—because it means more privacy, freedom in decoration, and no resort restrictions. We take care of all transportation and logistics, making the process easy and seamless.
About a week after your ceremony, we receive your marriage certificate from the civil judge’s office and carefully review all the details to ensure everything is correct. If needed, we can also request an additional copy of the certificate.
Next, we arrange the apostille, which makes your certificate legally valid for use worldwide.
Once the apostille is completed, we’ll send you a scanned copy by email and ship the originals to your home address via DHL or FedEx.
You can expect to receive your apostilled marriage certificate within about one month after your wedding.
From preparing your documents to celebrating on the beach and finally receiving your apostilled certificate, we make the entire process clear and structured. A legal wedding in the Dominican Republic should feel effortless — and with the right guidance, it truly can be. Whenever you’re ready to take the next step, we’ll be here to guide you through the entire journey to your legal wedding.
